Job summary

NTT DATA Business Solutions is seeking an experienced SAP CO/S/4HANA Consultant for roles across Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai, and New Delhi. The ideal candidate has 6–10+ years in SAP CO/FI on S/4HANA and strong product costing expertise.

You will lead end-to-end implementations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and travel as project needs dictate. Immediate to 30 days notice preferred.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of SAP FI/CO with S4Hana 1809+.
• At least 2 end-to-end S/4HANA implementations or support projects.
• Experience in Product costing and COPA in Controlling.
• Strong leadership and client interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP CO/FI projects and client engagements.
• Configure business scenarios and develop functional specs.
• Coordinate with technical teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure delivery within SLAs and project milestones.
• Travel to project sites as required.

Job Description:

CA/ICWA candidates are preferred but otherwise should be a Post Graduate as minimum educational qualification like MBA/MCom, etc

Should have 8-10 plus years of experience in SAP FI and CO with S4Hana version 1809 and above. Add on with FSCM, Funds Management experience would be added advantage

Must have at least 2 Implementation or support projects on S4 Hana version 1809 and above, with experience in Product costing and COPA in Controlling module

Should have at least 4 plus end-to-end Implementations and Support experience.

SAP Finance (S4 Hana) – Basic knowledge in FI submodules- GL, AR, AP & Assets

SAP Finance – Month end closing activities, Validations and Substitutions & Reporting.

Should have worked on two Implementation projects in Controlling in S4 Hana.

SAP Controlling -Should have hands on experience in Overheads Cost Controlling, in product costing like product cost planning, cost object controlling and actual costing & ML, Profitability analysis, COPA Planning, Settlement, Month end closing process

Integration between FICO and other core modules like MM/ SD / PP /PS

Should have strong Domain experience in Finance

Leadership experience, minimum 3 years in a team lead role. Strong executive presence and ability to interact with Customer Top Management

SAP Certification in preferred

Good Business process understanding

Knowledge of SAP Best practices and building blocks

Should be able to design and configure business scenarios

Solution focused - be able to provide solutions

Knowledge in User exits, BAPI and uploading tools like LSMW, BDC & LTMC.

Developing functional specifications for new developments / change requests

Day to Day monitoring of tickets and work towards closure

Analyzing the issues and provide estimates

Development of functional specification documents for changes and enhancements

Issue Resolution based on SLA

Co-ordinate with technical team to resolve the issues in the given objects

Must be a very good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills

Business Travel: Project specific travelling is mandatory for all the SAP Consultants
