Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled SAP CO Consultant to join our team and support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP Controlling processes. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP CO sub-modules and will work closely with finance, IT, and business teams to ensure cost-effective and compliant controlling practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to controlling and financial reporting.
• Configure SAP CO sub-modules such as:
• Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
• Internal Orders
• Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
• Product Costing (PC)
• Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
• Support and optimize integration with SAP FI, MM, SD, PP modules.
• Design and implement cost structures, planning, and budgeting tools.
• Participate in SAP S/4HANA migration and upgrades, if applicable.
• Create functional specifications for custom developments and reports.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support.
• Provide end-user training and support during and after go-live.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve SAP CO incidents and service requests.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP CO configuration and support.
• Deep knowledge of controlling processes and financial integration.
• Experience with cost planning, variance analysis, and CO-PA reporting.
• Familiarity with SAP FICO integration points.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP CO Certification.
• Experience in global rollouts or multi-country implementations.
