Job summary

MatchPoint Solutions seeks a skilled SAP CO Senior Consultant to lead the Controlling function within the SAP FICO landscape. You will drive design, configuration, and rollout projects, interfacing with finance, IT, and external consultants to optimize CO processes.

You will collaborate on data integrity, controls, and month-end close, while mentoring junior CO consultants and coordinating with vendors. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SAP CO experience in a senior/lead role.
• Strong integration with SAP FI, MM, PP, and SD modules.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
• Expertise in Product Costing, COPA, Cost Object Controlling, and Management Reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, and implementation of SAP CO modules (CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, PC, COPA).
• Collaborate with Finance, Manufacturing, and Sales to gather CO requirements.
• Manage CO projects including rollouts, upgrades, enhancements (S/4HANA exposure preferred).
• Drive CO process improvements and automation.
• Ensure data integrity, internal controls, and accounting compliance.

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP CO Sr Consultant to lead our Controlling (CO) function within the SAP FICO landscape. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP CO modules and a strong understanding of integrated finance processes, capable of driving digital transformation initiatives, leading implementation/rollout projects, and supporting business process optimization. This is a critical leadership role that collaborates with finance stakeholders, IT teams, and external consultants.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP CO modules including: Cost Center Accounting (CCA),Profit Center Accounting (PCA),Internal Orders, Product Costing (PC),Profitability Analysis (COPA).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Manufacturing, and Sales to gather requirements and ensure alignment of CO processes.
• Manage SAP CO-related projects including rollouts, upgrades, and enhancements (S/4HANA exposure preferred).
• Drive process improvements and automation within the CO domain.
• Ensure data integrity, compliance, and adherence to internal controls and accounting standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior SAP CO consultants or analysts.
• Coordinate with external vendors and manage service delivery quality.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes and ensure system readiness."
