Job summary

Cloudxtreme invites applications for an experienced SAP Cloud Integration specialist with SF integration experience to work on a major client project based in Hyderabad or Bengaluru.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of integration experience, deep SAP CPI skills, and familiarity with SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central and Onboarding; SAP Integration Suite certifications are a plus. Strong communication and independent task management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• Proficiency in SAP Cloud Integrations – pre-packaged and custom integrations; handling encryption and certificates.
• Minimum 4 years of integration experience between SuccessFactors with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Experience with SOAP, REST and data formats like XML and JSON.
• Knowledge of data transformation using JavaScript, XSLT and Groovy.
• Understanding of SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding).
• SAP Integration Suite certifications are an asset.
• Familiarity with HR processes and data structures.
• Strong communication, presentation and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

• Minimum 4 years of integration experience between SuccessFactors with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Demonstrated experience with web services SOAP, REST, and Data exchange formats like XML, JSON.
• Knowledge in data transformation tool set like JavaScript, XSLT and Groovy script.
• Strong understanding of SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, etc).
• Certifications in SAP Integration Suite considered an asset.
• Familiarity with HR processes and data structures.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
