Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced SAP Cloud ALM specialist to implement, configure, and support ALM solutions for enterprise customers. You will design monitoring capabilities and support S/4HANA transformation programs, leveraging ChaRM, ITSM, and Solution Manager expertise to drive project delivery.

You will configure dashboards, alerts, reporting, and analytics within SAP Cloud ALM, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful lifecycle management and issue resolution

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP Cloud ALM (CALM).
• Proven experience with SAP Solution Manager (SolMan), including ChaRM, Test Suite, Monitoring, and ITSM.
• Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, and SAP ecosystem.
• Experience in SAP implementation, upgrade, migration, and support projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
