Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP consulting and technical delivery experience.

• Strong skills in ABSL and BODL.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement SAP C4C solutions using SAP Cloud Applications Studio (SDK).
• Create and extend Business Objects, fields, and UI components.
• Manage integration between SAP C4C and SAP/non-SAP systems (S/4HANA, SAP CRM, SAP BTP).
• Handle lifecycle management, deployment, and production support.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants and ensure solution quality.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Conducttechnical fit-gap analysisand propose scalable, innovative, and SAP best-practice solutions aligned with business requirements and overall solution architecture.

• Design, develop, and implement complex solutions usingSAP Cloud Applications Studio (SDK), including:
• Creation of custom Business Objects

Extension of standard Business Objects

Custom fields and business logic

Screens, UI enhancements, and custom UI components

Demonstrate strong hands-on expertise inABSL, BODL, UI Designer, UI Scripts, and SAP Cloud Applications Studio, including development, testing, debugging, and deployment of complex SAP C4C solutions.

Develop and maintain reusable technical components usingSAP reuse libraries, basic data types, code lists, custom notifications, print forms, and analytics-related extensions.

Work onC4C administration, scoping, fine-tuning, lifecycle management, tenant management, and solution deployment activities.

Design and implementintegration solutionsbetween SAP C4C and other SAP/non-SAP applications, includingS/4HANA, SAP CRM, SAP BTP, middleware, and external systems, using relevant APIs and web services.

Strong understanding ofOData, SOAP, REST APIs, web services, authentication mechanisms, and integration troubleshooting.

Work onMashups, HTML-based UI integrations, external content integration, tracing, debugging, performance analysis, and root-cause analysisof complex technical issues.

Contribute totechnical solutioning and architecturefor complex IT landscapes involving SAP C4C/Service Cloud, S/4HANA, SAP CRM, SAP BTP, and non-SAP systems.

Take ownership of the complete technical development lifecycle, includingtechnical design, effort estimation, development, code reviews, unit testing, deployment, and production support.

Ensure adherence toSAP development standards, coding best practices, solution quality, maintainability, and performance considerations.

Collaborate closely with functional consultants, solution architects, integration teams, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Mentor, guide, and technically support junior consultants, including conducting code reviews and driving technical capability development within the team.

Qualifications

• B.E. / B.Tech. / MBA

Experience :

8+ yearsof experience in SAP consulting and technical delivery roles, with strong hands-on experience in SAP C4C / Sales Cloud / Service Cloud

Mandatory/Required Skills :

Strong hands-on experience inSAP Cloud Applications Studio (SDK), ABSL and BODL

Experience in developingcustom Business Objects, extensions, fields, business logic and UI enhancements

Strong understanding ofC4C architecture, integrations, OData, SOAP/REST APIs and web services

Experience withdebugging, tracing, Mashups, notifications, print forms and lifecycle management

Ability to translate business requirements intoscalable technical solutions

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with business, functional and technical teams

2. Preferred Skills :

• Experience withSAP Sales Cloud V1
• Exposure toSAP BTP, Integration Suite/CPI and S/4HANA integration
