Job summary

Capgemini Mumbai is seeking an experienced SAP Cloud ALM Consultant to lead CALM implementations across project, process, test, and operations management. You will design CALM architecture, integrate SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and third-party apps, and set up monitoring, KPIs, dashboards, and governance frameworks for enterprise-wide CALM adoption.

• Hands-on experience in Project Management, Test Management, Requirements Management, and Process Monitoring.

Your Role

• Lead and implement SAP Cloud ALM (CALM) solutions across Project, Process, Test, and Operations Management pillars.
• Design CALM architecture and integrate SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and third-party applications.
• Configure monitoring, KPIs, dashboards, alerts, and governance frameworks for enterprise-wide ALM adoption.
• Drive SAP Solution Manager to SAP Cloud ALM transformation programs and support customer rollout activities
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and support organizations to ensure successful CALM adoption and operational excellence.

Your Profile

• Experienced SAP Cloud ALM Consultant with expertise in ALM strategy, implementation, governance, and operations monitoring.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Solution Manager (ChaRM, ITSM, Monitoring), SAP Activate, and SAP BTP.
• Hands-on experience in Project Management, Test Management, Requirements Management, and Process Monitoring.
• Proven ability to lead workshops, stakeholder discussions, solution design, presales activities, and customer engagements.
• Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, and mentoring skills with experience supporting large-scale SAP transformation programs.
