Job summary

Arting Digital in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced SAP BW Lead Consultant to design, develop, and optimize SAP BW/4HANA solutions with ABAP for BW and HANA modeling. The role involves leading enhancements, upgrades, and release management, and integrating with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or SAP Datasphere.

The candidate should have 8+ years of hands-on SAP BW/BI experience, strong ABAP skills within BW environments, and a solid grounding in ETL and data warehousing concepts.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP BW/BI/BW/4HANA.
• Strong expertise in SAP BW/4HANA development and architecture.
• Strong ABAP development experience within SAP BW environments.
• Hands-on SAP HANA modeling and performance optimization.
• Experience with SAC and/or SAP Datasphere.
• Knowledge of ETL concepts and enterprise data warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support SAP BW/BW/4HANA solutions to meet reporting and analytics needs.
• Lead SAP BW enhancements, production support, upgrades, and release management.
• Develop and optimize SAP BW data models, ETL processes, transformations, DTPs, and process chains.
• Perform ABAP development within SAP BW environments, including custom routines and performance tuning.
• Build and optimize SAP HANA models for improved reporting performance.
• Integrate SAP BW with SAC and/or SAP Datasphere for modern analytics.
• Conduct impact assessments, troubleshoot complex issues, and propose scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Support incident, problem, change, and release management processes.
• Mentor junior consultants and provide technical guidance across SAP BW initiatives.
