Job summary

Stefanini North America and APAC is seeking a SAP BW/4HANA specialist to run end-to-end BW projects, including data extraction, modelling, and reporting. You will optimize BW code and HANA performance while collaborating closely with business users to capture requirements and deliver aligned BW solutions.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, ADSO and Open ODS View work, and familiarity with SAP S/4HANA. A proactive, independent contributor style is valued.

Qualifications

• End-to-end SAP BW projects with data extraction, transformation, modelling and reporting.
• Experience optimizing BW code and HANA performance.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and related modules.
• Ability to gather requirements from business users and translate them into BW solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP BW/4HANA implementation projects.

Details

AP BW/4HANA experience: Ability to work without supervision and run a project single-handedly end to end including requirements gathering, designing, developing, testing, project management, maintenance and support.

Good exposure to SAP BW/4HANA - ADSO, Composite Provider, ODP BW Extractors, Open ODS View, BW Query, AFO.

SAP BW Development: Hands-on experience in implementing end-to-end SAP BW solutions, including data extraction, transformation, modelling, and reporting from both Standard and Custom Data Sources.

BW-ABAP: Optimize existing BW Code and HANA applications for performance and scalability.

Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and other SAP modules.

Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP BW-related issues, ensuring the availability and reliability of BW applications.

Collaboration: Work closely with business users to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that the BW solutions align with business needs.
