Job summary

Visionet Systems Inc. is seeking an SAP BW Production Support specialist to handle data loads, process chains, and reporting issues in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires hands-on L2/L3 production support experience and strong knowledge of SAP BW extraction, data modelling, DSO/ADSO, process chains, BEx, BW-ABAP, and performance tuning. You will coordinate with business users, service desks, NOC/ProdOps, and vendors, and participate in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on L2/L3 production support experience and ability to independently diagnose incidents from day one.
• Willingness to work in IST/EST-aligned support shift and participate in the defined P1 on-call rotation.
• Strong written and verbal communication with business users, Service Desk, NOC/ProdOps, and product vendors.
• Ability to create and maintain runbooks, RCA records and transition documentation.
• Experience estimating minor changes, supporting testing and validating production releases.
• Availability for critical batch/load windows and priority reporting incidents.
