Job summary

Vinmar Business Services is seeking an experienced SAP Business Analyst to lead SD Order-to-Cash projects on-site in Mumbai. You will coordinate global users, gather requirements, and drive end-to-end SAP and related initiatives.

You will support RFPs, conduct training, and ensure timely delivery with cross-functional teams. Candidates should have 8–10 years of SAP experience and strong English/Hindi communication; some travel is expected.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or comparable discipline.
• Functional experience in SAP SD Order-to-Cash including integration with FICO, MM, SAP PI/PO.
• SAP S/4HANA implementation experience in SAP SD Order-to-Cash preferred.
• Strong English and Hindi communication and collaboration across global teams.
• Lead requirements gathering and development sessions with stakeholders.
• Understanding of Agile software development processes.
• Proven ability to manage issues, scope, and project schedule.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive approach with track record of project execution.
• 8–10 years of SAP functional IT experience; international exposure with multiple implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP, SAP Business One and non-SAP projects as SD O2C SME for changes.
• Support global users via centralized ticketing system; coordinate resolutions.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into project scope, timelines and milestones.
• Identify gaps, design future-state processes, and recommend improvements.
• Drive testing, training and dependencies management throughout projects.
• Collaborate with SAP and non-SAP teams to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Develop test scripts, perform unit tests, and liaise between dev teams and users.
• Prepare status reports, documentation and presentations for stakeholders.
• Support RFPs and vendor evaluation; contribute to SAP SD O2C training.
• Maintain documentation repository of SOPs, training materials and specs.

Description
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Lead and oversee multiple SAP, SAP Business One, and non-SAP projects simultaneously as the SAP SD Order-to-Cash subject matter expert for change requests, enhancements, and related initiatives.
• Support global users across SAP and non-SAP applications through the centralized KACE/Freshservice ticketing system, coordinating with consultants and business users to ensure timely resolution within SLAs.
• Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into solutions by defining project scope, timelines, resource estimates, deliverables, and milestones using project management best practices.
• Identify business requirements, document current processes and interfaces, assess gaps, design future-state processes with business teams, and recommend improvements.
• Drive process implementation through testing and training, while identifying and managing project dependencies and the critical path.
• Collaborate with SAP and non-SAP technical teams to ensure configurations and developments are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Develop test scripts and scenarios, perform unit testing based on business process knowledge, and act as the liaison between development teams and business users across IT projects.
• Prepare and deliver project status reports, documentation, and presentations.
• Support RFP preparation and vendor evaluation and selection for various projects.
• Deliver SAP SD Order-to-Cash and introductory SAP training to global business users, enabling them to perform their functional responsibilities effectively.
• Build and maintain a documentation repository containing standard operating procedures, training materials, Functional Specifications and Root Cause Analyses.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a comparable discipline.
• Functional experience in SAP SD Order-to-Cash, including its configuration and integration with FICO, MM, and SAP PI/PO.
• SAP S/4HANA implementation experience in the SAP SD Order-to-Cash module is preferred.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across diverse global cultures, both individually and in groups.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and lead requirements-gathering and development sessions.
• General understanding of Agile methodology and software product development processes.
• Proven ability to manage issues, scope, and quality while delivering projects successfully within budget and schedule.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop creative solutions to business problems.
• Proactive problem-solving approach with a demonstrated record of successful project execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

Work Experience

• 8–10 years of SAP functional experience in IT application management.
• Experience managing at least two full-cycle SAP implementations, including one SAP S/4HANA project, with international exposure.

Travel & Working

Willingness to travel at least 10% and work afternoon shifts, with flexibility to support operations in India, the US, and Europe.
