Job summary

Vinmar International is seeking an experienced SAP SD Order-to-Cash specialist to lead multiple projects and coordinate change requests, enhancements, and trainings for global users.

The role requires 8–10 years of SAP functional experience, S/4HANA exposure, and strong communication in English and Hindi. Willingness to travel up to 10% with afternoon shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a comparable discipline.
• Functional SAP SD Order-to-Cash experience including configuration and integration with FICO, MM, and SAP PI/PO.
• SAP S/4HANA implementation experience in SAP SD Order-to-Cash preferred.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with stakeholders across global cultures.
• Lead requirements-gathering and development sessions with stakeholders.
• General understanding of Agile methodology and software product development processes.
• Proven ability to manage issues, scope and quality within budget and schedule.
• Strong analytical skills and proactive problem-solving with a track record of project execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hindi.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple SAP, SAP Business One, and non-SAP projects as SAP SD OT-Cash SME for change requests and enhancements.
• Support global users through centralized ticketing system; coordinate with consultants and users to resolve within SLAs.
• Gather requirements and translate into project scope, timelines, and milestones.
• Identify business requirements, document current processes, assess gaps, and design future-state processes.
• Drive process implementation through testing and training; manage dependencies and critical path.
• Collaborate with SAP and non-SAP teams to ensure timely delivery and quality.
• Develop test scripts, perform unit testing, and liaise between dev teams and business users.
• Prepare status reports, documentation, and presentations.
• Support RFPs and vendor evaluations for various projects.
• Deliver SAP SD OT-Cash training to global users and maintain documentation repository.

Job description

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Lead and oversee multiple SAP, SAP Business One, and non-SAP projects simultaneously as the SAP SD Order-to-Cash subject matter expert for change requests, enhancements, and related initiatives.
• Support global users across SAP and non-SAP applications through the centralized KACE/Freshservice ticketing system, coordinating with consultants and business users to ensure timely resolution within SLAs.
• Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into solutions by defining project scope, timelines, resource estimates, deliverables, and milestones using project management best practices.
• Identify business requirements, document current processes and interfaces, assess gaps, design future-state processes with business teams, and recommend improvements.
• Drive process implementation through testing and training, while identifying and managing project dependencies and the critical path.
• Collaborate with SAP and non-SAP technical teams to ensure configurations and developments are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Develop test scripts and scenarios, perform unit testing based on business process knowledge, and act as the liaison between development teams and business users across IT projects.
• Prepare and deliver project status reports, documentation, and presentations.
• Support RFP preparation and vendor evaluation and selection for various projects.
• Deliver SAP SD Order-to-Cash and introductory SAP training to global business users, enabling them to perform their functional responsibilities effectively.
• Build and maintain a documentation repository containing standard operating procedures, training materials, Functional Specifications and Root Cause Analyses.

University degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a comparable discipline.

• Functional experience in SAP SD Order-to-Cash, including its configuration and integration with FICO, MM, and SAP PI/PO.
• SAP S/4HANA implementation experience in the SAP SD Order-to-Cash module is preferred.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across diverse global cultures, both individually and in groups.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and lead requirements-gathering and development sessions.
• General understanding of Agile methodology and software product development processes.
• Proven ability to manage issues, scope, and quality while delivering projects successfully within budget and schedule.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop creative solutions to business problems.

Work Experience

• 8–10 years of SAP functional experience in IT application management.
• Experience managing at least two full-cycle SAP implementations, including one SAP S/4HANA project, with international exposure.

Travel & Working

Willingness to travel at least 10% and work afternoon shifts, with flexibility to support operations in India, the US, and Europe.
