Job summary

Trelleborg Sealing Solutions is seeking a SAP Test Automation Analyst to lead automation across SAP landscapes using Tricentis Tosca. You will design and maintain scalable end-to-end test automation, collaborate with SAP functional teams, developers and project managers to ensure quality and efficiency.

You will drive testing initiatives, mentor team members, and govern Tosca automation standards while ensuring alignment with governance, compliance, and audit readiness across SAP transformation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Business Informatics or related field.
• Proven experience implementing Tosca test automation in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of SAP landscapes, ERP processes, and lifecycle management.
• Experience in automated test design, execution orchestration, and defect management.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies: regression, integration, end-to-end.
• Experience building reusable test automation assets, standards, and frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Tosca certification is desirable.
• Experience with Tosca Live Compare, SAP Cloud ALM, and SAP Solution Manager is a plus.

• Ensure end-to-end test coverage and traceability across SAP programs.

We are looking for SAP Test Automation Analyst who is responsible with strong expertise in Tricentis Tosca to join our SAP Application Lifecycle & Test Management Team. In this role, you will drive test automation initiatives across complex SAP landscapes, helping ensure quality, stability, and efficiency throughout project implementations and business transformations.

You will work closely with SAP functional teams, developers, and project managers to design, implement, and maintain scalable end-to-end test automation using Tricentis Tosca.

Your Responsibilities

• Define and implement end-to-end test automation strategies for SAP and non-SAP systems, including S/4HANA, EWM, C4C, MDG, and integrated business applications across technologies such as SAP GUI, Fiori, and Web Dynpro.
• Analyze business processes and translate requirements into automated test scenarios.
• Design, develop, and maintain reusable automated test cases and test data structures using Tricentis Tosca.
• Monitor test execution results, analyze defects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive issue resolution.
• Prepare and present testing metrics, KPIs, and status reports to stakeholders.
• Govern and continuously enhance the Tricentis Tosca automation framework, ensuring compliance with best practices, quality standards, and reusability principles.
• Mentor team members and promote the adoption of test automation practices and standards.
• Support test governance, documentation, compliance, and audit readiness activities.
• Ensure end-to-end test coverage, quality, and traceability across SAP transformation programs, upgrades, and enhancement projects.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Tricentis Tosca test automation implementation and administration within enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of SAP landscapes, ERP business processes, system architectures, and application lifecycle management.
• Experience in automated test design, test execution orchestration, and defect management.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, including regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience designing and maintaining reusable test automation assets, standards, and frameworks.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to mentor and develop less experienced team members.
• Tricentis Tosca certification is desirable.
• Hands-on experience with Tricentis Live Compare, SAP Cloud ALM, and SAP Solution Manager is an advantage.
