Job summary

General Datatech India seeks an experienced SAP BTP Integrations specialist to design and implement integration solutions with CPQ and EDI workflows. You will work with onsite functional and cross‑functional teams to ensure reliable connectivity and scalable architectures.

You will develop new SAP BTP applications using Java Spring, Node.js, CAP, and Python, and manage Cloud Connector setups. Strong communication in English is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years IT experience in SAP BTP Integrations and related domains.
• Experience designing and deploying BTP integrations with CPQ and EDI flows.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Work with Onsite Functional team to gather requirements
• Convert functional specs into technical design and propose Integration Solution
• Responsibilities range from technical implementation to strategic planning, all contributing to the platform's efficient operation.
• Work with Network and Basis team to set up connectivity for new partner integrations.
• Monitor live interfaces in production environment and troubleshoot Issues.
• Partner with functional and technical teams in resolution of technical incidents.
• Good understanding of BTP application development, Workflows and Integration technologies.
• Good understanding of any third-party Application integrations with BTP.
• Develop new applications and enhancements on SAP BTP and CPQ.
• Builds scalable applications by working with programming languages and services. They may use tools like SAP Business Application Studio.
• Manages, configures, and secures BTP environments, services, and users. They ensure the platform runs efficiently.
• Sets up the connectivity between on-premises networks and SAP BTP using the SAP Cloud Connector.
• Need to set up E2E new BTP Sub-accounts including required subscriptions.
• Need to support SAP PI to BTP Migrations which includes Automatic migration of integrations using tool and manual move of the Integrations.
• Need to manage complete BTP setup.

Preferred candidate profile

• 7-10 years of progressive IT experience in SAP BTP Integrations, designing solutions, Application development, BTP application operations to deploy and monitor applications.
• Develop new applications and enhancements on SAP BTP and CPQ by using Java Spring, Node.js, CAP framework and Python scripting.
• Design and develop Integrations of applications.
• Experience in SAP PI to BTP Migration technical work, Integrations migration using tools and manual migration of exceptional integrations.
• Experience in BTP application development, Workflows and Integration technologies.
• Experience in BTP Sub-account creation, Cloud Foundry management, Instance creation, Subscription enablement, Cloud Transport management setup and export/import of transport.
• Proven experience and ability to work with Business team and external partner teams in setting up new connections and troubleshoot issues
• Expertise on defining effective and scalable technical/Integration architecture for day-to‑day business needs
• Working knowledge on different EDI Standard transactions like EDI 850,855,856,810,865,940 over AS2 and FTP.
• Working knowledge of RosettaNet framework.
• Working knowledge of B2B Add-on.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills in the English language
