Job summary

Umanist Staffing LLC seeks a Senior SAP ABAP CDS Consultant to join our Chennai team. You will design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise SAP solutions leveraging ABAP, CDS Views, HANA, BTP, and SAP S/4HANA.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in IT, with 5+ years in hands-on software development and strong SAP ABAP/RAP/ABAP Objects, Fiori UI5, and integration skills. On-site Chennai location; day shift, immediate joiner.

Qualifications

• 7 years of total experience in IT/software development.
• 5 years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong expertise in SAP ABAP Development including ABAP Objects and Modern Syntax.
• Solid knowledge of CDS, AMDP, HANA SQL, and SAP BTP-based development.
• Experience with ABAP RAP and SAP S/4HANA architecture.
• Experience with SAP Fiori / SAPUI5, OData Services, and Fiori Elements.
• Knowledge of SAP integration tech (BAPI, IDoc, RFC, Web Services, APIs).

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer specializing in SAP ABAP Development to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP ABAP, CDS Views, AMDP, SAP HANA, SAP BTP, and S/4HANA.

The role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining enterprise-scale SAP solutions while working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills
