Job summary

HRS Group in Bengaluru, India seeks a skilled SAP BRIM Solution Consultant to join our inhouse SAP Team. You will implement, configure, and support SAP BRIM solutions for our clients with deep technical expertise and collaboration across teams.

Ideal candidates have at least five years of SAP BRIM experience, knowledge of SOM, CC, CI, FI-CA, S/4HANA integration, and a BRIM certification. This role offers growth, cutting-edge finance tech, and ongoing learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of SAP BRIM implementation and configuration, with at least 3 HANA implementations completed.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP BRIM modules: SOM, CC Convergent Charging, CI Convergent Charging, FI-CA.
• Strong understanding of integration between SAP BRIM and other SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP FI-CO).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
• SAP BRIM certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP BRIM solutions based on stakeholder requirements.
• Represent the BRIM standard design in the requirement definition process and advocate for as few deviations as possible.
• When necessary, customize SAP BRIM modules to align with business processes and integration needs.
• Ensure seamless integration of SAP BRIM with other SAP modules and third‑party systems.
• Provide expert guidance on SAP BRIM functionalities, including subscription order management, billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
• Be an expert on the BRIM standard design and devise ways to implement processes within the standard.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP BRIM implementations.
• Perform system testing and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) processes.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Manage timelines and deliverables related to SAP BRIM implementations.
• Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to stakeholders.
• Conduct training sessions for end‑users and teams on SAP BRIM functionalities and best practices.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP BRIM solutions post‑implementation.
• Address and resolve user queries and issues related to SAP BRIM usage.
• Create comprehensive documentation including functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.
• Promote best practices for SAP BRIM implementation, configuration, and usage within the organization.
