The ideal candidate has 5-6 years’ experience with SAP BPS, aATP, SD, MM, and SAP S/4HANA, plus familiarity with CPI, APIM, and ABAP basics. This role involves production support, change requests, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP BPS and scheduling processes.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP BPS (Business Process Scheduling) Consultant with 5-6 years of experience to support and enhance SAP S/4HANA Business Process Scheduling (BPS) solutions within an AMS environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP BPS, Advanced Available-to-Promise (aATP), SAP SD/MM, and logistics scheduling processes, with experience in production support, configuration, and continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP BPS and scheduling processes.
• Configure and support Business Process Scheduling (BPS) and SAP aATP.
• Analyze and resolve incidents related to scheduling, ATP, sales, deliveries, and logistics execution.
• Implement change requests, enhancements, and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SD, MM, TM, EWM, Basis, and ABAP.
• Support testing, transport management, deployments, and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to ITIL, SLA, and AMS support processes.
• Work on integrations using SAP CPI and SAP API Management (APIM).
• Coordinate RICEFW developments and support SAP Fiori applications.

Required Skills

• 5-6 years of SAP functional experience with strong expertise in SAP Business Process Scheduling (BPS).
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP aATP, SAP SD, and SAP MM.
• Knowledge of scheduling schemas, business calendars, backward/forward scheduling, routing, and activity durations.
• Experience with Sales Orders, Deliveries, STO, Material Availability, and Logistics Execution.
• Exposure to SAP CPI, SAP APIM, and SAP Fiori applications.
• Understanding of SAP TM and SAP EWM integration.
• Basic ABAP debugging knowledge is preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• SAP Certification in SD, S/4HANA Logistics, or aATP.
• ITIL Foundation Certification.
• Experience in global AMS support environments and enterprise SAP transformation projects.
