Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP BCS Senior Developer with 9+ years of SAP experience and strong expertise in SAP Business Consolidation System (BCS). The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting consolidation, financial reporting, and statutory reporting solutions within SAP environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement SAP BCS solutions for financial consolidation and reporting.
• Configure and support consolidation processes including data collection, validation, currency translation, and eliminations.
• Develop custom enhancements, reports, interfaces, and data extraction programs.
• Integrate SAP BCS with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW, and other enterprise systems.
• Support period-end and year-end consolidation activities.
• Analyze business requirements and provide scalable technical solutions.
• Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with Finance, Controlling, and business stakeholders.
• Prepare technical documentation and mentor junior team members.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in SAP BCS (Business Consolidation System).
• Experience with SAP FI/CO, financial consolidation, and statutory reporting.
• Expertise in ABAP development, enhancements, reports, interfaces, BAdIs, and user exits.
• Knowledge of data loading, validation rules, consolidation monitor, and reporting.
• Experience with SAP BW/BPC integration is preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting and consolidation processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance environments.
• Knowledge of Group Reporting or SAP BPC.
• SAP certification in Finance or related SAP technologies is a plus.
