Job summary

RiDiK is seeking an experienced SAP BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation) Consultant with 6-8 years of SAP experience and at least 4+ years in SAP BPC support to provide end-to-end AMS for SAP BPC applications, covering planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and consolidation.

The role requires strong functional and technical expertise, experience in global support environments, and collaboration with finance and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality support services.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of SAP experience with at least 4+ years of hands-on SAP BPC support and maintenance experience.
• Experience in AMS/Production Support environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for SAP BPC applications and related financial planning and consolidation processes.
• Manage incidents, service requests, defects, and enhancement requests within agreed SLAs.
• Support SAP BPC functionalities including Financial Planning & Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Consolidation, Management Reporting, and Profitability Analysis.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive and corrective actions.
• Monitor data loads, process chains, batch jobs, and interfaces to ensure successful execution.
• Collaborate with Finance and Business stakeholders to understand requirements and propose solutions.
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial planning and consolidation support activities.
• Analyze and troubleshoot reporting, data integrity, and performance-related issues.
• Coordinate with SAP BW, SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and technical teams for issue resolution.
• Support testing activities for fixes, enhancements, and system upgrades.
• Document business processes, support procedures, and knowledge articles.
• Participate in release management, transport migrations, and deployment activities.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL-based Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• SAP BPC Certification preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning.
• Exposure to SAP Group Reporting.
• Experience with SAP BW/4HANA migration projects.
• Familiarity with financial close and consolidation processes.
