As an SAP Associate Consultant – FICO, you will support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP Finance and Controlling solutions. You will work closely with senior consultants and business stakeholders to gain hands‑on experience in financial process automation and SAP solution delivery within a dynamic consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation Support: Assist in end-to-end implementation of SAP FICO modules including requirement gathering, documentation, and configuration activities.
- System Configuration: Support configuration of General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO) under the guidance of senior consultants.
- Testing & Validation: Participate in unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality and accuracy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with teams across MM, SD, and HR modules to support seamless financial integration.
- Post-Go-Live Support: Assist in resolving post-implementation issues, data reconciliation, and financial reporting support.
- Documentation & Training: Help prepare functional specifications, user manuals, and training materials for end users and clients.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in SAP FICO module. Freshers with relevant academic or project exposure are encouraged to apply.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Technical Knowledge: Foundational understanding of financial processes and interest in SAP systems. Exposure to SAP FICO configuration is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail for accurate financial data handling.
- Communication & Teamwork: Excellent verbal/written communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
