Job summary

K-zen Studio is seeking an SAP Ariba Functional Consultant with 10+ years of experience in P2P, Ariba Buying & Invoicing, and Catalogs, and strong S/4HANA integration know-how. You will drive solution design, interact with business and technical teams, and lead delivery with minimal escalation.

This role requires cloud procurement knowledge, cross‑cultural collaboration, and excellent communication. You will design workshops, coordinate RICEFW, tests, data migration, cutover tasks, and support

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP Ariba functional experience.
• P2P process knowledge (Ariba Buying & Invoicing, Catalogs).
• Strong communication and cross-cultural collaboration.
• Cloud procurement understanding and SAP S/4HANA integration.

Responsibilities

• Participate in design workshops and fit-gap analysis.
• Design global templates with SI partner.
• Coordinate analysis of RICEFW and prepare design papers.
• Lead cross-functional topic alignment across teams.
• Support S/4HANA project setup and knowledge transfer.
• Oversee technical delivery: configuration, customization and interfaces.
• Prepare and execute UT/SIT/UAT scripts and data migration templates.
• Coordinate data extraction and data load validation.

SAP Ariba Functional consultant with 10+ years of experience & has the P2P (Ariba Buying & Invoicing, Catalogs etc.) process knowledge, hands technical experience, can perform all project activities including configuration, understand cloud procurement, integrate ARIBA and S/4. Ability to interact with business and technical teams and identify / resolve process issues. Good communication, people skills, Self-motivated i.e able to drive the solution design & delivery with minimal involvement of stream lead.

Key Tasks:

• Active participation in the process design workshops, understanding the overall requirements, fit gap analysis with current process and S4
• Responsible for the solution design for Global template (together with SI Partner)
• Support & Co-ordinate analyzing the existing RICEFW & aligning with business and prepares decision paper for design board.
• Drive, coordinate & align all cross functional topics
• Support setting up the S4 Hana project team i.e. Knowledge Transfer, KDD etc.
• Responsible (together with SI Partner) for all the project documentation i.e. FS, FDD, RICEFW inventory, Unit test scripts, System integration test scripts, UAT test scripts, data migration template etc.
• Responsible (together with SI Partner) for the technical delivery of the solution i.e. System configuration, customization, enabling interface etc.
• Responsible (together with SI Partner) for testing (UT, SIT, UAT etc.)
• Co-ordinating & supporting data migration activities - Data extracts, Business & technical definition, mapping & support data conversion, validating the data load etc.
• Definition & execution of technical cutover Task, Go Live preparation activities
• Support Hypercare activities
