Job summary

EY seeks a SAP Ariba Transformation Source to Settle Enablement Testing Specialist in Kochi. The contractor will manage end-to-end testing for S2SE transformations, including test planning, design, execution, defect management, and UAT readiness.

You will coordinate across SIT, end-to-end, regression and security testing with cross-functional EY teams. The role requires 5+ years in software testing and strong stakeholder management, with experience in SAP Ariba environments and agile or hybrid

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in information systems, CS, engineering, business or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software/application testing for transformation or enterprise programs.
• 5+ years leading testing activities for large transformation programs, incl. test planning, execution, defect mgmt, UAT, status reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end testing activities for transformation initiatives, including test planning, design and execution.
• Develop test scenarios, scripts and cases aligned to business requirements and outcomes.
• Coordinate testing across SIT, functional, end-to-end, regression, UAT and security phases.
• Track testing progress, document evidence, monitor risks and resolve blockers.
• Log, track and manage defects using approved tools; triage, fix validation and escalate critical issues.
• Collaborate with EY business users, Finance and SCS/S2SE teams to plan and track UAT activities and sign-off.
• Produce status reports, dashboards and leadership updates on progress, defects and go-live readiness.

Job Summary

This position is within the Source to Settle Enablement (S2SE) team of SCS. S2SE's purpose is to build optimal source to settle solutions to drive financial success for EY and their clients. S2SE is responsible for managing key lifecycle activities from purchase requisitions to AP processing.

The Opportunity

EY is undergoing a S2P Gold Standard transformation, scaling a next generation digital solutions and operating model across the S2P lifecycle, with AI and data at the core. This includes an implementation of SAP/Ariba Procurement Suite at the core of the digital transformation.

Your key responsibilities

• As the S2SE Testing Specialist, you will manage end-to-end testing activities for transformation initiatives, including test planning, design, execution, defect management, user acceptance testing, readiness reporting and hyper-care support. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate requirements, manage risks and support go-live readiness.
• Develop test scenarios, scripts and cases aligned to business requirements, process documentation and expected outcomes.
• Coordinate testing across SIT, functional, end-to-end, regression, UAT and security access phases.
• Track testing progress, document evidence, monitor risks and support timely resolution of blockers.
• Log, track and manage defects using approved tools, including triage support, fix validation and escalation of critical issues.
• Collaborate with EY business users, Finance and SCS/S2SE teams to prepare, execute and track UAT activities, including objectives, responsibilities and sign-off.
• Produce status reports, dashboards and leadership updates covering progress, defects, risks and go-live readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software/application testing for transformation, technology, or enterprise application programs.
• 5+ years of experience leading testing activities for large-scale transformation programs, including test planning, test execution, defect management, UAT coordination, and testing status reporting.
• Experience working with cross-functional business stakeholders and technology teams across onshore and offshore delivery models.
• Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication and change leadership

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, ERP, Procure to Pay or SAP Ariba environments. Emphasis on S2P platform experience including SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing Suite, Ariba SLP, Ariba Risk, Ariba Buying, Ariba Invoicing and Ariba Business Network.
• Experience with HP ALM, Azure DevOps, JIRA, TestRail or equivalent test management tools.
• Experience in Agile, hybrid or large-scale transformation delivery environments.
• Testing, Agile or project management certification, such as ISTQB, SAFe, PMP or equivalent.
