Job summary

Tekskills in Bengaluru seeks a Techno-Functional SAP Ariba expert for the Buying capability role. The candidate will own end-to-end SAP Ariba implementations and production support, with emphasis on Buying, Guided Buying, and Ariba Network.

The ideal profile combines deep Ariba administration, integration experience (PI/PO/CPI, ECC/S/4), and strong stakeholder coordination across global teams. Prior exposure to compliance controls is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive SAP Ariba experience with Buying modules.
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end Ariba project implementation and production support on cloud.
• Proficient in Ariba Guided Buying: tile setup, landing pages, policy and template/form configuration.
• Solid experience in Ariba Administration, Web Services, API and Master Data Management.

Responsibilities

• Should work individually with no assistance and be open to learning new technologies.
• Should be able to administer Ariba and its master data management.
• Work closely with leads, architects and senior functional consultants.
• Train junior associates and business users as required.
• Set up new configuration within Ariba cloud solution and guided buying.

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

• Must-Have**
• (Ideally should not be more than 3-5) Strong product expertise across SAP Ariba modules such as Buying & Guided Buying and Ariba Business Network.
• Hands on experience with end to end Ariba project implementation and production support on cloud.
• Proficient in Ariba Guided Buying: tile setup, landing pages, policy and template/form configuration.
• Skilled in configuring approval workflows, Ariba Analytics dashboards, and public reports.
• Solid experience in Ariba Administration, Web Services, API and Master Data Management.
• Strong capability to perform impact analysis, process assessment, and solution design.
• Working knowledge of CIG Configuration, PI/PO or CPI, and AribaSAP ECC or S/4 integration flows.
• Excellent debugging of function/method BADI, testing, and root-cause analysis skills.
• Effective in coordinating with global stakeholders and cross functional team
• Good-to-Have 1.SAP Ariba or Procurement related certifications will have preference.
• 2.Experience with AI procurement orchestration platforms such as Oro Labs is an added advantage
• 3.Experience of designing and/or operating SOx controls is a plus
• 4.Experience in working as DSC (Designated Support Contact), Raising SR for critical issues and tracking it until closure.
