Job summary

A leading automotive research firm in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior SAP Manufacturing Consultant. This role focuses on enhancing and supporting SAP modules related to Production Planning and Quality Management. The ideal candidate should possess 6 to 9 years of relevant SAP experience, particularly with integration and manufacturing processes. A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is required, and knowledge of S/4HANA is preferred. The position is based in Brigade Tech Gardens, Bangalore.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior SAP Manufacturing Consultant with experience in Production Planning and Quality Management to support manufacturing operations and system enhancements across SAP environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and enhance SAP modules: Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM).
• Configure manufacturing processes including production orders, MRP, capacity planning, and quality inspections.
• Work with business stakeholders to optimize manufacturing workflows.
• Support integration with logistics and warehouse modules.
• Assist in system testing, rollouts, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with technical teams for custom developments and interfaces.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in SAP PP.
• Experience with SAP QM processes and integration.
• Knowledge of manufacturing business processes.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• S/4HANA manufacturing experience.
• Integration exposure with MES or external systems.
• Experience in production environments.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Computer Science or Information Technology) is required.
• Candidates from other educational backgrounds may be considered if they have 100% relevant SAP experience.
