Job summary

Alp Consulting Ltd. is seeking a senior SAP leader to drive end-to-end SAP programs across global teams.

The role requires extensive SAP experience, Q2C expertise, and a proven track record in delivering SAP projects, enhancements, and managed services with offshore partners. The ideal candidate will lead SAP AD/AMS teams, manage budgets and risk, and ensure delivery governance in a multi-country environment, including SAP S/4HANA environments, ITIL practices, and strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• 12-15 years SAP experience across end-to-end enterprise processes.
• 3+ years leadership managing SAP AD/AMS teams.
• Proven experience managing SAP projects, enhancements, and vendor engagements.
• Deep Q2C expertise with adjacent processes.
• Strong ITSM knowledge: Incident, Problem, Change, Release, SLA.
• Experience with managed services, offshore delivery, and external partners.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a global context.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with project plans, budgets, and governance.
• Experience with both AD and AMS in a global SAP landscape.
• SAP certifications in functional/technical/project management.
• ITIL Foundation or equivalent certification.
• PM/PRINCE2/Agile/SAP Activate certifications.
• ABAP basics, interfaces, workflows, and SAP development lifecycle knowledge.

Job description

• Minimum 12-15 years of SAP experience with strong understanding of end-to-end enterprise business processes.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing SAP Application Development (AD) and/or Application Management Services (AMS) teams.
• Proven experience managing SAP projects, enhancements, support services, and vendor delivery engagements.
• Deep functional expertise in Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), with sufficient understanding of adjacent business processes and modules.
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Service Level Management.
• Experience managing managed-service providers, offshore delivery teams, and external implementation partners.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, competing demands, risks, and stakeholder expectations in a complex global environment.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
• Experience managing project plans, budgets, resource forecasting, and delivery governance.
• Experience managing both Application Development and AMS functions within a global SAP landscape.
• SAP certification in any functional, technical, or project management discipline.
• ITIL Foundation or equivalent IT Service Management certification.
• Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or SAP Activate.
• Basic understanding of ABAP, interfaces, workflows, forms, and SAP development lifecycle.
