Job summary

Tech Mahindra seeks an experienced SAP APO SNP consultant to implement and configure APO modules. You will integrate APO with SAP ECC and other ERP systems, and develop planning models, heuristics and optimization profiles to support demand planning and production scheduling.

The role requires 10–15 years of domain expertise, with a focus on end-to-end APO solutions, system optimization, and continuous improvement across supply chain processes.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of relevant SAP APO SNP experience.
• Hands-on configuration and customization of APO modules.
• Experience integrating APO with SAP ECC and other ERP systems.
• Proven ability to develop planning models, heuristics and optimization profiles.

Responsibilities

Job description

Notice Period: Immediate preferred and Up to 45 days

Implementation & Configuration

• Configure and customize SAP APO SNP modules.
• Integrate APO with SAP ECC and other ERP systems.
• Develop and maintain planning models, heuristics, and optimization profiles.

Business Process Support

• Work closely with supply chain, production, and logistics teams to gather requirements.
• Translate business needs into APO solutions.
• Provide end-to-end support for demand planning, supply network planning, and production scheduling.

Maintenance & Continuous Improvement

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements.
• Recommend process improvements and best practices.
