Job summary

Weekday AI (YC W21) seeks an experienced SAP ABAP/APO Technical Specialist to design, develop, and support SAP APO solutions across ECC/S/4HANA environments. You will collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable ABAP objects.

Key duties include CIF integration, BAdIs, IDocs, reports, performance tuning, and ensuring best practices. Senior candidates will mentor peers and help shape architecture and integration decisions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development with strong exposure to SAP APO.
• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP APO ABAP Technical Development.
• Excellent knowledge of Core ABAP, including reports, ALV, function modules, enhancements, BAdIs, and user exits.
• Strong experience with SAP APO technical integration and CIF.
• Practical experience with BAPIs, RFCs, IDocs, interfaces, and custom developments.
• Strong debugging and performance-tuning capabilities.
• Experience integrating SAP APO with ECC, S/4HANA, and external systems.
• Ability to analyze technical requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Strong understanding of SAP development lifecycle, testing, documentation, and production support.
• Experience with SAP APO modules such as DP, SNP, PP/DS, or GATP is an advantage.
• Exposure to SAP IBP and APO-to-IBP integration is desirable.
• Knowledge of ABAP on HANA, CDS Views, OData, SAP PI/PO, or middleware technologies is an advantage.
• Experience with implementation, rollout, upgrade, or support projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain technical solutions using SAP ABAP and SAP APO.
• Develop and enhance SAP APO technical objects, reports, interfaces, and integrations.

As an SAP APO ABAP Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and supporting technical solutions across SAP APO and connected enterprise systems. You will work closely with functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable SAP solutions.
