Capgemini partners with Farmers operations to recruit and retain top talent for Farmer Business Services, bridging SAP data analytics with business needs in Hyderabad. The SAP Data Analyst will extract and interpret data in SAP environments to optimize performance and support executive decisions.

Role spans data extraction, validation, and transformation across SAP modules, with hands-on work in SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud, plus SQL and Python for data workflows.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL; knowledge of Python and ELT frameworks.
• Experience with SAP modules and data integration.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere or SAP Data Warehouse Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Provides high level of expertise in the design and functionality of business applications
• Understands the business objectives and how best they can be supported by IT
• Responsible for the conceptual design of business applications
• Reviews and validates the technical design for business applications provided by the supplier
• Performs quality review checks on project deliverables
• Validates suppliers estimates
• Performs impact analysis of application changes across various components
• Reviews and validates the detailed technical design for business applications provided by the supplier to ensure alignment with business requirements
• Performs quality review checks on project deliverables
• Supports the implementation activities, troubleshooting system environmental issues, training as required
• Query SAP modules to pull and compile actionable business datasets
• Maintain, audit, and update system master data across cross-functional enterprise systems
• Transform raw SAP metrics into visual insights using Power BI, Tableau, or SAP Analytics Cloud
• Investigate system anomalies, data drift, and data quality issues, implementing fixes to prevent disruptions
• Hands‑on experience with SAP Datasphere (or SAP Data Warehouse Cloud)
• Proficiency in SQL, with additional knowledge of Python and ELT frameworks
• Understanding of SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, and BTP services
• Familiarity with integrating cloud data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, Azure)
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud – Reporting

An SAP Data Analyst bridges the gap between raw data and business operations. They manage, extract, and interpret data within SAP environments to optimize performance, ensure data integrity, and support executive decision-making.
