Job summary

Maneva Consulting in Pune is seeking an SAP ABAP HR Developer with 6–15 years of experience to design, develop, and support SAP S/4HANA HCM objects. You will optimize ABAP code, implement CDS views, and ensure clean-core RAP compliance.

Strong integration knowledge with SAP modules and third‑party systems is required. The role involves configuring Fiori apps for HCM, collaborating with functional teams, and adhering to SAP security and authorization standards.

Qualifications

• Design, develop, and support SAP S/4HANA HCM technical objects.
• Develop ABAP objects aligned with S/4HANA and clean-core principles (CDS views, AMDP, RAP).
• Support HCM integrations with SAP modules and third-party systems using OData, APIs, IDocs, and middleware where applicable.
• Configure and enhance SAP Fiori apps for HCM.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to translate HR requirements into scalable tech solutions.
• Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, security, and authorization concepts for HCM and Fiori roles.
• Perform SPDD and SPAU during the S4H4 conversion.
• ABAP code optimization for S4 HANA conversion, based on the ATC check results.

SAP ABAP HR Developer

Requirements:

• Design, develop, and support SAP S/4HANA HCM technical objects, including enhancements, reports, interfaces, forms, and conversions.
• Develop and optimize ABAP objects aligned with S/4HANA and clean-core principles (CDS views, AMDP, performance-optimized code, RAP).
• Support HCM integrations with other SAP modules and third-party systems using OData, APIs, IDocs, and middleware where applicable.
• Configure and enhance SAP Fiori apps for HCM.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, and stakeholders to translate HR business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, security, and authorization concepts for HCM and Fiori roles.
