Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced SAP ABAP for HANA Consultant to join our SAP practice in India. You will design and develop ABAP on S/4HANA, build CDS views, AMDPs, and optimize performance on the HANA database, collaborating with functional teams for end-to-end implementations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on ABAP development in SAP environments, extensive work with OData/SAP Gateway, and experience with CDS, BADI, forms, and RICEF components.

Qualifications

• Strong SAP ABAP development experience for SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Hands-on experience with S/4HANA and ABAP on HANA development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance ABAP solutions on SAP S/4HANA.
• Design CDS Views and AMDPs for high-performance applications.
• Build interfaces, reports, workflows, and custom developments.
• Optimize existing custom code for the HANA database.
• Collaborate with functional consultants on end-to-end implementations and support activities.

• Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms (RICEF)
• Performance tuning and code optimization on HANA
• Integration with SAP functional modules such as SD, MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM
