Job summary

Altraize is seeking an SAP S/4HANA ABAP Consultant to design, develop, and support ABAP-based solutions within SAP S/4HANA. You will collaborate with functional teams to deliver reports, interfaces, forms, workflows, and integrations while adhering to best practices.

Responsibilities include building Fiori applications, optimizing CDS views, and supporting data migrations. Strong ABAP, HANA, and migration experience are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Proficient ABAP development for SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Experience delivering reports, interfaces, forms, and workflows.
• Knowledge of CDS views, AMDPs, and HANA optimization.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy ABAP solutions in SAP S/4HANA.
• Analyze business requirements and create technical design documents.
• Develop custom reports (classical, interactive, ALV), enhancements, interfaces, forms, and workflows.
• Build and support SAP Fiori applications and OData services using SAP Gateway.
• Develop CDS views and AMDPs for HANA optimization.
• Perform code remediation and simplification for S/4HANA migrations.
• Integrate SAP with third-party systems via IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, REST, SOAP, and EDI.
• Tune ABAP performance using ST22, ST05, SAT, and SQL Trace.
• Support data migration and validation activities.
• Conduct testing and resolve defects; prepare technical docs and knowledge transfer.
• Provide production support and troubleshoot issues.

• Develop custom reports (classical, interactive, ALV), enhancements (e.g., BAdIs, User Exits), interfaces, forms (Smart Forms, Adobe Forms), and workflows.
• Build and support SAP Fiori applications and OData services using SAP Gateway.
• Develop and optimize CDS Views, AMDPs, and SAP HANA-optimized solutions.
• Perform custom code remediation and simplification for SAP S4HANA migrations.
• Integrate SAP and third-party systems via IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, Proxy Services, REST, SOAP, and EDI.
• Tune and optimize ABAP program performance using tools like ST22, ST05, SAT, and SQL Trace.
