Job summary

Tap Growth ai is seeking an experienced SAP ABAP HANA professional to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. The candidate will develop, customize, and maintain SAP applications using ABAP on HANA, and design CDS Views and OData services for reporting and integration.

Responsibilities include working on SAP interfaces, IDOCs, ABAP Proxies, and applying OO ABAP concepts. You will collaborate with functional teams, prepare technical specs, and ensure adherence to SAP development standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in SAP ABAP development on HANA.
• Strong knowledge of CDS views and reporting/data extraction.
• Experience with SAP interfaces and integration scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain SAP applications using ABAP on HANA.

• Develop and maintain OData services for SAP applications and integrations.

• Develop and troubleshoot IDOCs including inbound/outbound interfaces.

What You'll Do:

• Develop, customize, and maintain SAP applications using ABAP on HANA .
• Design and develop CDS Views and HANA-optimized solutions for reporting and data extraction.
• Develop and maintain OData services for SAP applications and integrations.
• Work on various SAP interfaces and integration scenarios .
• Develop, configure, and troubleshoot IDOCs , including inbound and outbound interfaces.
• Develop and support ABAP Proxies for SAP-to-SAP and SAP-to-non-SAP integrations.
• Implement enhancements, user exits, BAdIs, enhancement spots, and implicit/explicit enhancements .
• Apply Object-Oriented ABAP (OOPS) concepts in application development.
• Develop and maintain Adobe Forms and other SAP forms as required.
• Perform debugging, root-cause analysis, performance tuning, and production issue resolution.
• Work closely with functional teams to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Prepare technical specifications and development documentation.
• Follow SAP development standards, coding guidelines, testing practices, and transport management processes.
