Job summary

Tech Mahindra seeks a skilled SAP ABAP/S/4HANA developer to lead technical deliveries, develop CDS views, AMDP, and Fiori developments across global teams in Bengaluru. You will maintain ABAP objects, interfaces, and forms while supporting ECC and S/4HANA transformation initiatives.

Strong debugging, performance tuning, and cross-functional collaboration are essential. Prior global support experience and SAP certifications are advantageous for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Masters degree preferably in Engineering, Information Technology or a related technical field.
• Hands-on experience in writing, optimizing, and debugging custom code, database procedures, and interface protocols, including the development of complex CDS Views, AMDP methods, OData Services, and classic ABAP dictionary objects.
• Strong technical knowledge of ABAP, ABAP Objects, Enhancements, BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, SmartForms/Adobe Forms, Interfaces and Performance Optimization.
• Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA development concepts including CDS Views, AMDP, OData Services and Fiori developments.
• Experience working in a global application maintenance support or production support environment including stakeholder management and cross functional collaboration.
• Experience in technical enhancements, incident resolution, problem management, testing and delivery of supportable technical solutions.
• Good understanding of integration with SAP functional domains such as Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing or Planning.
• Strong analytical, debugging, problem solving and communication skills.
• SAP certification in ABAP or SAP S/4HANA Development is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a global, complex and highly integrated business environment.

Responsibilities
