Job Title: Application Lead – SAP ABAP on HANA (Contractual)

Role Overview:

As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and configuration of applications while acting as the primary point of contact. You will manage a team of developers, ensure smooth project delivery, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive key decisions and provide innovative solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP ABAP on HANA.

• Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications.

• Collaborate with and manage the team to deliver project goals.

• Make critical decisions and provide technical solutions to the team.

• Engage with multiple teams to contribute to key design and development decisions.

• Ensure successful end-to-end project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must Have:

• Expertise in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

• Strong experience in S/4 HANA implementation projects.

• Hands-on experience in CDS Views, RAP, AMDP, and OData Services.

• Experience in the Life Sciences domain (preferred).

• Strong problem-solving and solution-designing skills.

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

• Exposure to implementing algorithms like regression, decision trees, and clustering.

• Strong understanding of data cleaning, transformation, and normalization techniques.

Additional Information:

• This is a contractual role based out of Hyderabad office.
