Job summary

Forward Eye Technologies is seeking experienced SAP ABAP Developers with a strong focus on WRICEF development and SAP HANA/S/4HANA expertise. You will design and implement custom workflows, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms to support diverse business processes.

You will work with SAP functional consultants across modules to deliver technical solutions, optimize HANA data models, and ensure robust ABAP programs.

Qualifications

• 5-9 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP and WRICEF development.
• Strong expertise in SAP ABAP programming, focusing on WRICEF objects.
• Experience in SAP HANA database development, including HANA modeling, SQL scripting, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with ABAP on HANA, CDS views, and AMDPs (ABAP Managed Database Procedures).
• Knowledge of IDoc, BAPI, RFC, and other interface technologies.
• Good understanding of SAP functional modules (e.g., SD, MM, FI, CO).
• Experience with SAP Fiori development and integration is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SAP project lifecycles (from blueprinting to post-go-live support).

Responsibilities

• Develop and troubleshoot ABAP programs including classic and OO ABAP, user exits, BADI implementations, and BAPI development.
• Work with ALV Reports, Smart Forms, SAPScripts, Adobe Forms, and data dictionary objects.
• Develop and optimize SAP HANA database objects (Calculation Views, CDS Views, Procedures, etc.).
• Utilize HANA modeling for efficient data extraction and reporting.
• Write efficient SQL scripts and ensure optimal performance of database-related tasks.
• Collaborate with SAP functional consultants across various modules to develop and implement technical solutions.
• Build and maintain interfaces between SAP and third-party systems using ALE, IDocs, RFCs, and BAPIs.
• Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and performance optimization.
• Troubleshoot and debug ABAP programs, providing resolutions for system issues.
• Execute data migration strategies from legacy systems to SAP using tools like LSMW, BDC, or custom programs.
• Design and develop conversion programs to ensure accurate data migration.
• Develop enhancements to standard SAP functionality using User Exits, BAdIs, Enhancement Framework, and other SAP extension mechanisms.
• Customize SAP processes and workflows to meet business requirements.
• Perform unit testing and support functional teams during integration testing.

We are seeking experienced SAP ABAP Developers with a strong focus on WRICEF development and a deep understanding of SAP HANA or S/4HANA. Key Responsibilities

WRICEF Development :

• Develop custom Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms in SAP systems based on functional specifications.

• Execute data migration strategies from legacy systems to SAP using tools like LSMW, BDC (Batch Data Communication), or custom programs.
• Design and develop conversion programs to ensure accurate data migration.

Enhancements and Customizations :

• Develop enhancements to standard SAP functionality using User Exits, BAdIs, Enhancement Framework, and other SAP extension mechanisms.
• Customize SAP processes and workflows to meet business requirements.

Testing and Documentation :

• Perform unit testing and support functional teams during integration testing.

Required Skills :
