Job summary

Maersk is seeking a highly skilled SAP ABAP developer to join our team and drive SAP TM implementations within a global logistics context. You will design, develop, test, and deliver ABAP solutions across TM processes, ensuring integration with other modules and external systems.

The role requires deep TM knowledge, strong debugging skills, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment. Prior SAP TM certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Solid experience as an SAP ABAP developer, with a focus on SAP Transportation Management.
• Strong expertise in ABAP, BOPF, Core Data Services and RAP (Restful ABAP Programming Model).
• Hands-on experience with SAP TM data model and process flows.
• Experience in debugging and performance tuning of TM-related programs.
• Understanding of TM master data (locations, resources, carriers).
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 and integration technologies like OData and APIs.
• Knowledge in SAP BTP and SAP Event Management is a plus.
• Bonus: Familiarity with AI/ML concepts in logistics optimization and their application in enterprise systems.
• Ability to analyse complex business requirements and provide optimal solutions.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Certifications in SAP TM or related technologies are a plus.
