Redington Limited is seeking an Associate Technical Consultant with strong SAP ABAP expertise to design, develop, and support SAP-based solutions. You will ensure seamless integration with business applications and maintain high delivery quality.

The role involves collaborating with IT and business teams on requirements, delivering ABAP/RICEFW components, and contributing to platform roadmaps while adhering to governance standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong experience in SAP ABAP development and SAP technical modules.
• Hands-on exposure to SAP integrations and enterprise application support.
• Experience in IT/ERP environments, preferably SAP ECC or S/4HANA.

• SAP Solution Delivery: contribute to and execute the SAP platform roadmap with stakeholders.
• Process & Solution Design: design and implement SAP solutions with seamless integrations.
• ABAP Development: hands-on ABAP including UI5, Dialog Programming, Data Migration, Enhancements, Forms, ABAP Objects (RICEFW).
• Technical Expertise: experience with Smart Forms, API development, RFCs, User Exits, BADIs, and BAPIs.
• Data & Quality Management: ensure data consistency and adhere to coding standards.
• Tools & Processes: work with IT tools and ticketing systems (JIRA, ServiceNow).
• Requirement Analysis: collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and deliver specs.
• Testing & QA: define test plans and perform unit/system testing.
• Documentation & Compliance: maintain documentation and governance alignment.
• Continuous Improvement: drive SAP process and integration enhancements.

About the team:

The SAP is responsible for managing and maintaining the SAP system landscapefor Redington, along with delivering project-based solutions. The team supports core SAP modules including FI/CO, SD, and MM, and manages integrations with external systems such as MuleSoft and SuccessFactors. The team plays a key role in ensuring stable operations, system enhancements, and seamless business process integration across functions.

The ideal candidate should be capable of designing, developing, and supporting SAP-based solutions while ensuring effective integration across business applications and maintaininghigh-quality delivery standards.

Your role:

• SAP Solution Delivery: Contribute to and execute the SAP platform roadmap incollaboration with business stakeholders, ensuring prioritization ofrequirements and effective delivery of projects and enhancements.
• Process & Solution Design: Design, develop, and implement robust SAPsolutions for Operations, ensuring seamless integration with other enterpriseapplications.
• ABAP Development: Strong hands-on experience in ABAP development includingUI5, Dialog Programming, Data Migration, Enhancements, Forms, and ABAP Objects(RICEFW).
• Technical Expertise: Experience in Smart Forms, API development, RFCdevelopment, User Exits, BADIs, and BAPIs.
• Data & Quality Management: Ensure data consistency and availability whileadhering to coding standards and achieving First Time Right (FTR) and On-TimeCompletion (OTC) objectives.
• Tools & Processes: Work with IT tools and ticketing systems such asRedserve, JIRA, and ServiceNow, ensuring adherence to internal processes andstandards.
• Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with functional and business teams togather requirements and deliver technical specifications, system designs, andtest documentation.
• Testing & QA: Define test plans, conduct unit/system testing, and ensureadherence to change management and quality assurance processes.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain detailed documentation of systemchanges, enhancements, bug fixes, and ensure alignment with governancestandards.
• Continuous Improvement: Support continuous improvement initiatives byenhancing SAP processes, integrations, and system performance.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relatedfield (preferred).

Experience:

• Strong experience in SAP ABAP development and SAP technical modules
• Hands-on exposure to SAP integrations and enterprise application support
• Experience in IT/ERP environments, preferably SAP ECC or S/4HANA

Core Competencies:

• Strong SAP ABAP development skills (RICEFW objects)
• Knowledge of SAP integration techniques and development standards
• Experience with APIs, RFCs, BAPIs, and enhancements
• Understanding of SAP business processes and system architecture
• Experience with ticketing and project tools (JIRA, ServiceNow, etc.)
