Job description

We are looking for a skilled SAP ABAP Developer to design, develop, and maintain custom SAP applications and enhancements. You will work closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions on SAP ECC and S/4HANA platforms. The ideal candidate has strong programming skills, deep ERP domain knowledge, and hands-on experience with ABAP Workbench tools.

Design, develop, and test ABAP programs including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEF).

Develop and maintain custom SAP programs using classical ABAP, Object-Oriented ABAP (OOABAP), and SAP enhancement frameworks (user exits, BADIs, BAPIs).

Develop SAP Fiori / UI5 applications and integrate them with the SAP backend using OData services.

Create and maintain Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, SAP Script, and ALV reports.

Work on data migration and conversions using LSMW, BAPI, BDC, and IDocs.

Perform performance tuning, debugging, and code optimization of existing ABAP programs.

Collaborate with functional consultants (FICO, MM, SD, PP) to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Support unit testing, UAT, and post-go-live support during SAP implementation and rollout projects.

Manage transport requests and support system landscape management (DEV → QAS → PRD).

Proficiency in ABAP, OOABAP, and ABAP Workbench

Experience with SAP S/4HANA and HANA DB (CDS Views, AMDP)

Hands‑on with SAP Fiori / UI5 and OData services

Strong knowledge of BAPIs, IDocs, RFCs, and Web Services

Experience with ALV reports, Smart Forms, and Adobe Forms

Knowledge of SAP modules: FICO, MM, SD, PP or HCM

Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager and transport management
