Job summary

LTM is seeking a Senior Salesforce UI Developer to lead the design and development of responsive UIs using LWC, Aura, HTML5 and CSS3. You will architect reusable UI patterns and collaborate with stakeholders to convert requirements into intuitive experiences.

Lead UI modernization, ensure performance and accessibility, and drive secure deployments across Salesforce apps. This role requires strong leadership and hands-on coding with Apex REST integrations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall experience with 5+ years in Salesforce UI development.
• Proficiency in LWC, Aura, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 and SLDS.
• Experience integrating with Apex REST APIs and external systems.
• Strong collaboration with stakeholders and teams; leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of responsive Salesforce UIs with LWC, Aura, SLDS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Architect scalable UI frameworks and components across Salesforce apps.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects and product owners to translate requirements into intuitive UX.
• Provide technical leadership and conduct code reviews to enforce best practices.
• Drive UI modernization, performance, accessibility and responsiveness.
• Integrate Salesforce UI components with Apex controllers, REST APIs, middleware and third-party apps.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce security governance and deployment standards.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis and provide innovative solutions.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and emerging UI technologies, guiding team adoption strategies.
