Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Salesforce Testing professional to design, develop, and execute automated test scripts validating CRM solutions. You will create, maintain, and run functional, regression, and end‑to‑end tests across Salesforce applications, including Financial Services Cloud and Service Cloud.

You will collaborate with Salesforce Functional Consultants, Business Analysts, and Development teams to analyze requirements, design comprehensive test cases, and manage defects using Jira.

Your Role

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts to validate Salesforce CRM solutions and ensure functionality aligns with business requirements.
• Create, maintain, and execute functional, regression, and end‑to‑end test scenarios across Salesforce applications, including Financial Services Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Collaborate closely with Salesforce Functional Consultants, Business Analysts, and Development teams to analyze requirements and design comprehensive test cases.
• Identify, document, track, and communicate defects using tools such as JIRA to ensure timely resolution and improved application quality.
• Participate in test planning, test strategy discussions, and risk assessments to ensure optimal test coverage and quality assurance.

Your Profile

• 68 years of hands‑on experience in Salesforce Testing, with strong expertise in CRM application validation.
• Salesforce Certified (Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, or equivalent certification).
• Proven experience in functional testing, test case creation, test execution, and test management within Salesforce environments.
• Ability to independently execute business user scenarios and work autonomously in fast‑paced project environments.
• Working knowledge of project tracking and defect management tools such as JIRA. Experience with automation testing tools and frameworks is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM modules, workflows, and business processes.
