Job summary

Birlasoft Limited seeks a Salesforce Technical Lead with 7-9 years of experience to drive complex Salesforce initiatives. You will design, customize, and integrate Salesforce solutions, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components, while mentoring the team and coordinating with stakeholders.

The role covers deployment, API usage, and data handling with strong emphasis on best practices and customer satisfaction within a manufacturing/engineering context.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of Salesforce platform and Lightning customizations.
• Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components (Aura/LWC).
• Familiarity with Salesforce integrations, REST/SOAP web services.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile Scrum, and version control (Git/Jenkins).

Job Title / Position: Salesforce Technical Lead Experience: 7-9 years Location: Bangalore, Noida, Pune

• Good understanding of Salesforce platform
• Extensive experience with customization on the Salesforce Lightning platform using declarative platform-tools
• Proficiency with HTML/CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Salesforce tools like Process Builder, Visual Flows, Approval process, etc.
• Strong experience in implementing Apex, Visual Force and Lightning components (Aura and LWC).
• Preferred experience in Sales and Service Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of SOAP and REST web services
• Knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem and how to integrate Apps via the AppExchange platform
• Easily able to understand business requirements and discuss with Customer as well.
• Preferred Certifications – Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer
• Proficiency with SOQL & SOSL languages
• Implement best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, bug fixes as needed to the Salesforce.com platform
• Utilize Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems used in the organization
• Experience working with large data sets and bulkification
• Experience with deployment tools and methodologies – Workbench, GitHub, VS Code, ANT Tool, change sets
• Working knowledge in SDLC process, Agile Scrum Methodology, version control software like GIT, Jenkins, etc.
• Should be able to give technical training to team members
• Proactive and willing to go above and beyond to satisfy the client and deliver on project goals process consulting for mfg & engineering domain, done process consulting.
