Job summary

InfoBeans in India is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead with 8+ years of development experience to drive complex Salesforce projects across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Data Cloud and CRM analytics.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on expertise with Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and at least 3+ years of Lightning Web Components (LWC), plus REST/SOAP integration experience and strong client-facing leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of total development experience on the Salesforce platform.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Data Cloud and CRM analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, HTML and CSS; 3+ years with LWC.

Responsibilities

• Lead client projects, analyze business processes, and deliver technology components with estimates and designs.
• Manage a multi-member team, coordinate with clients, and travel for short/long-term assignments.
• Promote best implementation practices and conduct code reviews on Salesforce platforms.

Overview

Salesforce Technical Lead Job Description. This role requires experience with over 8+ years of total development experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the core Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and CRM analytics.

Experience and Skills

• The candidate should also have over 6 years of hands-on experience with Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Additionally, 3+ years of hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) is mandatory.


• Furthermore, the candidate should have over 5 years of hands-on experience with integrations, specifically REST and SOAP. Knowledge of Salesforce Integration Patterns is also essential.

Responsibilities

• The role involves working directly with clients to lead projects, facilitate business process analysis sessions, and develop and deliver key components of technology solutions. The candidate should be able to understand client requirements and prepare effort estimates and designs.


• In the past, the candidate has managed clients and led a multi-member team on several projects. The candidate is also open to travelling abroad for short-term or long-term assignments.


• The candidate should be aware of best implementation practices on the Salesforce platform. They should also be able to conduct code reviews for junior team members and suggest improvements in the code that align with best practices.

Certifications

Salesforce certifications are required, including Admin and PD1. JavaScript and PD2 certifications are preferred. Sales and Service Cloud certifications are also beneficial.
