A leading technology consulting firm is seeking a Salesforce Expert to design user-friendly solutions and lead the migration from Classic to Lightning. The ideal candidate should have over 6 years of Salesforce experience, including expertise in Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure compliance and effective implementation of Salesforce features.

Qualifications

• 6+ years Salesforce experience, with at least 3+ in Lightning implementations.
• Expertise in Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, case management, and digital engagement.
• Proven experience with Classic-to-Lightning migration projects.
• Strong understanding of low-code/no-code capabilities (Flows, Dynamic Actions).

• Configure Lightning features: Dynamic Forms, Lightning Pages, Flows, Omni-Channel.
• Recommend and implement AppExchange solutions where needed.
• Collaborate with developers, admins, and QA to deliver incremental releases.
• Ensure compliance with security, profiles, and permission sets.
• Act as the trusted advisor to stakeholders for Salesforce roadmap planning.

Qualifications

• 6+ years Salesforce experience, with at least 3+ in Lightning implementations.
