Job summary

Infinites Hr Services Pune seeks a Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements. You will oversee development, integrations, and deployments, ensuring security and alignment with best practices while bridging business needs with technology.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specs, and mentor a team of developers and admins, driving projects on time

Qualifications

• Hand-on proficiency in Salesforce platform (Sales & Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud), Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce integrations.
• Must have coding, code review, testing and configuration experience with ability to do hand-on work.
• Project Management: Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.

• Serve as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions.
• Able to do business process re-engineering, systems design, configuration and implementation.

• Provide expert guidance and recommendations to stakeholders on Salesforce capabilities and best practices.
• Manage and lead Salesforce implementation projects, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and administrators.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Provide training and support to team members on Salesforce best practices and new features.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of Salesforce solutions to ensure they meet requirements and are free of defects.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance processes and documentation.
