Position Overview:

This position reports to the India-based local manager and works closely with the North American (NAMER) Enterprise Subscription Renewal Representatives (ERR) Team. The role involves managing a high volume of accurate renewal and new product quotations and order submissions for a specific set of Named Accounts.

Minimum Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a Sales Support role
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Organized and task-oriented
• High attention to detail
• Customer service oriented
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining accuracy
• Experience in a large corporate office environment
• Professional and courteous attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient with Salesforce.com (SFDC)

Responsibilities
