Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India is looking for a Salesforce Revenue Cloud QA Senior Associate in Bengaluru to validate pricing, quoting, billing, and revenue processes across the quote-to-cash lifecycle. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Validate Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions through QA planning, test case development, and defect tracking across quote-to-cash processes.
• Translate business requirements into test scenarios for pricing, quoting, billing, and revenue management.
• Execute functional, regression, and integration testing across Salesforce applications and connected systems.
• Identify gaps, data issues, and configuration defects; document findings and recommendations clearly.
• Review release scope, test readiness, and deployment impacts for recurring and consumption-based revenue models.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and project teams to clarify requirements and align testing activities to project objectives.
• Develop understanding of Salesforce administration, Lightning, and revenue cloud configurations to support issue resolution.
• Mentor junior team members on testing methods and client delivery expectations.

As a Salesforce Revenue Cloud QA- Sr. Associate you will support the testing of Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions within our Advisory practice, helping validate pricing, quoting, billing, and revenue processes across the quote‑to‑cash lifecycle. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, manage assigned workstreams, build meaningful client connections, and mentor junior team members while deepening your technical skills and professional presence. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will assess system behavior, interpret business needs, and contribute to software release readiness for a range of client‑facing engagements.

Responsibilities

• Validating Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions through detailed QA planning, test case development, and defect tracking across quote to cash processes

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
