Design and develop secure, scalable back‑end solutions on Salesforce Core (server‑side logic, automation, integrations, and data model). Implement and support Revenue Cloud / RLM technical components that enable Quote‑to‑Cash flows (pricing and quoting support, quote‑to‑order automation, order lifecycle orchestration). Contribute to solution design by aligning business requirements with standard platform capabilities and implementing extensions where needed. Build and maintain API‑based integrations between Salesforce and external systems (e.g., ERP, commerce, billing, partner channels), ensuring robust error handling and data consistency. Support renewals and lifecycle changes by implementing back‑end logic that enables amendments, renewals preparation, and contract/order continuity. Ensure code quality and long‑term maintainability through code reviews, clean architecture, reusable patterns, and adherence to best practices. Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across integrations and revenue flows, optimizing performance and scalability. Collaborate with architects, functional consultants, QA, and DevOps to deliver reliable releases and smooth deployments. Document technical specifications, integration contracts, and implementation decisions for ongoing support and future enhancements.
