Qualifications

• 5–8 years of project management experience in IT/software.
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Exposure to Salesforce or ServiceNow platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable project plans.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
