Job summary

Cognizant is hiring for Salesforce OmniStudio Developer/Lead Developer to design and implement industry-specific digital solutions on the Salesforce platform using OmniStudio components.

The role demands hands-on experience with OmniStudio tools, LWC, Apex, and API integrations, along with a solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps practices. Hybrid work arrangement with multiple CTS locations is available.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce OmniStudio development experience.
• Experience with OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors.
• Strong Salesforce development skills: Apex, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, LWC.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions using Salesforce OmniStudio components (OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors).
• Configure and customize Salesforce applications based on business requirements.
• Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, Triggers, and custom Salesforce solutions.
• Build scalable OmniStudio components for customer-facing and internal apps.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployments.
• Optimize performance and adhere to Salesforce best practices.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support releases.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce OmniStudio Developer to design, develop, and implement industry-specific digital solutions on the Salesforce platform using OmniStudio components. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building guided user experiences, business process automation, and system integrations using OmniStudio tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions using Salesforce OmniStudio components including OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors.
• Configure and customize Salesforce applications based on business requirements.
• Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, Triggers, and custom Salesforce solutions.
• Build scalable and reusable OmniStudio components for customer-facing and internal applications.
• Integrate Salesforce with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployment activities.
• Optimize application performance and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support production releases.

• Experience in API integrations and middleware platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Communications, Media, Insurance, Healthcare, or Financial Services Cloud implementations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Industries (Vlocity).
• Experience with DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce.
