You will focus on email development, campaign automation, CRM integrations, API connectivity, and customer engagement, ensuring scalability and performance. The role requires 5+ years of hands-on SFMC experience, expertise in AMPscript/SSJS, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, SQL, ETL, and integration with Salesforce CRM.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Expertise in AMPscript, SSJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, ETL, Marketing Cloud Connect, Salesforce CRM, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and OneTrust.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions using AMPscript and SSJS.
• Design responsive email templates using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Build and support landing pages, automations, and customer journeys.
• Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM using Marketing Cloud Connect.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs and SOAP APIs.
• Work with SQL and ETL processes to support customer data management and segmentation.
• Support consent and privacy management requirements using OneTrust.
• Troubleshoot application, campaign, integration, and data-related issues.
